Green Grins Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for choosing Green Grins in embarking on your hydroponic gardening journey! We strongly encourage you to first reach out to our Grins Excellence team support@greengrins.com to answer any question or get support on starting your device. That being said, we do understand that circumstances change, so below you will find information on our return and exchange policy.
Return Eligibility
Returns must be initiated and authorized by our Grins Excellence team within 15 calendar days from the time of delivery. Please submit your return request to support@greengrins.com with your Green Grins' issued order id# as the subject header and official receipt or proof of purchase attached in the email.
To be eligible for the return of a product, your item and all accessories included must be unused, in the original unopened packaging and in the same good physical condition (NOT physically broken, damaged, tampered or altered) they were received in, or they will be subjected to a replacement fee.
Return Shipping
All returns must be completed using the item’s original packaging and shipping box. If you no longer have the original packaging, new packaging can be purchased from Green Grins and ship to you at a fee. We can help to provide a return shipping label to make your return process easier. For returns not related to a warranty claim, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. The cost of shipping (and new packing materials, if required) will be deducted from your refund amount.
Any shipping costs of the original order are not refundable.
Refund Eligibility
Any eligible refund will be issued only once a returned item is received and fully assessed by Green Grins. Please do not send your purchase back to Green Grins without reaching out to our Grins Excellence team. Unauthorized return will delay or void any eligible refunding. Green Grins' equipment and accessories purchased through an authorized reseller, retail partner, or other websites are not eligible for a refund through us. Please refer to their return policies for further information.
Green Grins reserve the right to issue partial refunds in certain situations such as a returned item not being in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to Green Grins’ error. Please note that we do not accept refunds on any seeds, grow plugs, nutrients, gift cards or any other accessories once shipped, as these items are final sale. Used products are not eligible for refunds. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for all returned items to be inspected, and an additional 5 to 10 business days for the credit to be reflected on your bank statement. If you still have not received your refund after 10 business days since your return’s delivery date (based on carrier tracking), please contact our Grins Excellence team for assistance.
Gift Returns
If the item being returned was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you as a gift, we can issue you with a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, an electronic gift certificate will be provided to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, we will refund the purchase to purchaser’s original payment method and they will be notified of the return.
Exchange Policy
Due to continuing improvements, the actual product may differ slightly from the product described herein. If an item is defective or damaged, please check out our Warranty Policy for information on receiving a replacement. Otherwise, we apologize that we are unable to facilitate any exchanges.
